Founder and President of Brainstorm Computers, Mark Swanson strives to bring top notch IT services to northwest Indiana. After teaching elementary school for several years, he decided to combine his dream of small business ownership with his love for computers. He lives in Westville with his lovely wife and two daughters. If trapped in an elevator with Mark Swanson, recommended topics of conversation include: the Chicago Cubs, jeeps, building the perfect taco, and how not to panic when trapped in small spaces.
Ian Norris is our newest Field Technician. Ian is great with customer service, problem solving, and has the most fruit themed shirts of anyone in the office. In his free time, he likes making youtube videos, perusing garage sales, and spending time with his cat and girlfriend. If you need help curating the perfect Taco Bell order, Ian’s your guy.
If you call our office, odds are that you’ll get to talk to our Office Manager, Amy Martin. She’s happy to answer your questions, set you up with an appointment, or tell you to reboot your computer. Amy is originally from Chesterton, now living in Valparaiso with her husband and energetic puppy. She loves reading, crafting, gaming, and creating content for the office that she secretly believes never get read.
